Construction Monitoring & Monthly Reporting
Regular site inspections and progress reporting to provide lenders and developers with early warning of risks and verified progress. Where risks are identified, Primus will recommend mitigation strategies, propose practical solutions to minimise exposure, and, where required, step in to resolve issues directly. Reporting covers but is not limited to:
A monthly assessment of the development’s progress against the approved construction program. This enables lenders, developers and stakeholders to better understand project timelines and anticipated return of funds.
Monthly inspections to identify any non-compliant construction works or safety practices that could materially impact the development and pose a significant financial risk to lenders and developers.
Where non-compliant works, safety issues, or other risks are identified, Primus will provide clear recommendations and solutions to rectify issues and mitigate potential risks. Where required, will set up and close out works to ensure construction resumes.
Construction quality and workmanship oversight, including pre-OC and post-OC defects
Verification of progress against drawdown schedules.
Oversight of development measures, such as planning portal, development associated documents, council approvals, development modifications, certifier checklists, DA analysation, ensuring regulations are complied with.
Stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, clients, and specialists.
Key benefits:
Continuous oversight of funded projects.
Early warning of issues before they occur.
Confidence that works completed align with loan release conditions and developer’s contractual obligations.
