As CEO of Primus Construct, Vicki brings decades of executive leadership across strategic, operational, and financial disciplines, with extensive experience transforming and scaling businesses within the built environment. She has held senior executive roles at Walker Corporation, Capital Corporation, Capital Bluestone, and the Bathla Group, where she developed deep expertise in business restructuring, corporate strategy, operational efficiency, and financial management.
Vicki has a proven track record of driving organisational growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong operational foundations. Her strategic vision, combined with hands-on leadership, ensures that Primus Construct delivers projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while positioning the company for sustainable long-term success.

Corey Davis
Corey holds a degree in Construction Management and brings over 30 years of extensive experience across residential, commercial, and high-density developments. He specialises in high rise Class 2 projects, with a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale constructions on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards for Tier 1 construction companies.
Corey spent 15 years at Mirvac Constructions, holding senior management roles on major high-density projects such a Harold Park and Walsh Bay, and has delivered significant developments for Tier 1 clients including Lendlease and Kell & Rigby. Throughout his career, he has overseen multidisciplinary teams, coordinated contractors, and ensured strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. As a co-founder and leader of multiple construction companies, Corey combines hands on construction expertise with strategic advisory skills, managing risk, resolving challenges, and delivering successful outcomes for developers, lenders, and stakeholders. His deep industry knowledge, practical experience, and leadership across all phases of construction from pre-construction planning to post-construction handover, making him a trusted authority in high rise residential and commercial construction.
