Primus Construct Pty Limited (ABN: 26 684 251 465) ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, and how you can access, correct or complain about our handling of it.
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where we handle health information about individuals in New South Wales, we also comply with the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW).

Depending on your dealings with us, we may collect:
name, job title and the organisation you represent
contact details — email, phone, postal address
information you provide through enquiry forms, registrations of interest, subscriptions or event bookings
correspondence and records of your interactions with us

We require our service providers to protect personal information consistently with this policy and the Privacy Act.
7. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process data overseas, including but not limited to the United States / Singapore. Before disclosing personal information overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in accordance with the APPs, unless an exception under APP 8 applies.
8. Direct marketing
We may send you project updates, market commentary and event invitations. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us at accounts@primusconstruct.com.au. We will action your request promptly and at no cost.
We do not sell personal information.
9. Security and retention
We hold personal information in secure electronic systems and, where applicable, physical records. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including access controls, staff training and agreements with our providers.
No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy or to meet legal obligations, after which we destroy or de-identify it.
10. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at accounts@primusconstruct.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee for making a request, though we may charge a reasonable cost for providing access.
If we refuse access or correction, we will tell you why in writing and explain how to complain.
11. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact our Privacy Officer at accounts@primusconstruct.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within [5] business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
